Terms of Service & Studio Hire Agreement

1. Studio Reservation & Pricing

All studio bookings at soxrudrem are confirmed upon receipt of written booking confirmation. Our baseline 4K interview recording session is priced at 190 EUR for a standard 2-hour recording block including an on-site technician and uncompressed raw file handover.

2. Arrival, Setup, and Overtime

Your booked slot starts at the scheduled time. Setup and technical alignment are handled by our engineer prior to your arrival. If a session exceeds the agreed time block by more than 15 minutes, overtime rates are billed in 30-minute increments subject to studio schedule availability.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• More than 48 hours notice: Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with a 100% full refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice: A 50% studio retention fee applies to cover reserved engineering staff.
• No-shows: Non-attendance without prior notification forfeits the complete session fee.

4. Intellectual Property & Footage Ownership

The client retains 100% full commercial copyright, title, and ownership of all raw audio tracks, multi-camera video ISOs, and finished exports captured during their session. soxrudrem will never use client footage for promotional purposes without prior express written consent.

5. Equipment Safety and Studio Rules

Clients and invited guests are expected to exercise normal care within the studio space. High-grade optical and acoustic equipment must be operated solely by or under the direct supervision of the assigned studio engineer.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
